In this position you’re expected to be able to do everyone else’s job and your own at the same time. They don’t payout your sick or vacation time if you have any when you leave. The management is not good. You’ll constantly get ignored if you don’t act the way they want you too, and it seems like your problems get ignored unless there’s an impact on your direct manager. They’ll also punish you but not tell you the reason why, even if you ask several different people in charge they all give a different answer.
