Users say... "You also have to deal with people who don't pull their own weight and poor management." "Target went through a string of bad managers while I worked there but those two were the worst." "Also plan on working constantly because everything is a priority and there's no work life balance." "Marketing not a respected or invested in department with no training or development and limited to no advancement" "They continously tell us to 'adapt' to the changes (people quitting due to workload and poor leadership)."
