Pros
- Really good work/life balance. Easy to prioritize your own time and not get bogged down in work or pressure. - Fairly good when it comes to freedom for working on what *you* want to work on. Good options to expand your role into areas as you see fit. - Most work is open-ended meaning it's up to the analyst to do what they feel is best and what approach they want to take. Nice not having someone forcing you into template work. - Very diverse for areas to work so easy to pivot into different roles or areas by just connecting with others.
Cons
- Pay is lower than similar roles in other companies. - There's been a (somewhat) increased emphasis on return to office (why?...) - Seems like there's a lot of "shooting from the hip" and less foundational strategy at the company level when it comes to the direction taken. - Progress is slow when it comes to innovative ideas.
