Pros
1.If you have good manager you will get WFH and timing flexibility. 2. Lot of project where work is available in latest cutting edge technologies. 3. Employee friendly policies where you can carry forward Paid leave and paid leave is equivalent to your actual salary not just basic. 4. Free Breakfast before 9 and discounted snacks after 7 PM. 5. Good Insurance where 5 lac floater medical for employee family and an additional 5 lac floater cover separately for parents ( total 10 lac cover) 6. Cons
1. Location is biggest con here, since it is in koramangala direct bus is an issue if you are coming from ORR, so if you are not staying nearby it takes lot of time to reach here, people staying after marthahalli may take 1-1.5 hour to reach office 2. No office cab/bus. 3. No commute allowance. 4. Reception is most unwelcoming compare to other department.
