Pros

1.Good Work Life Balance. 2.Managers will approve leave easily 3QA work life is amazing 4.Flexible work from home options in case of emergency 5. Lucky if you get into good Project with Good Manager and Team Lead.

Cons

1.No Transportation facility 2.No much options to explore in terms of different domains and technology 3.Maintenance projects are more . 4.No work life balance in Tavant Product development/ implementation projects 5.Annual hike for Manual tester is too less 6. Role based work concept is not there . A team lead , leads less and develops more . 7.Freshers are expected to work round the clock and the same point is appreciated during performance cycles 8. No upskilling training programs are encouraged if you are in Projects 9.You will not be given Domain KT when you get into a Project.Straight away expected to deliver

Some good people/employees. Hybrid work.

Cons

Lack of diversity. There has never been a female on the homogenous executive team, with most members of the executive team having been with Tavant for 10+ yrs in that role. Commission - Never paid. Management uses "Management discretion" to keep your sales commission down so they (the division president) can allot more of that bonus pool to themselves. It used to be more fun at Tavant, events were engaging, but that all ended when the marketing guy left. New person is a bland in terms of how Tavant was selling its offerings. Great place to sit around and work. No upward mobility. Maybe would have upward mobility if you moved to the big office in Bangalore
