Pros
The culture and people here are amazing!! I have worked here for only two months so far and it already feels like family. We all work really hard, as it is a fast-paced environment (since we are growing quickly, and just the nature of being in home care!) but we also have a lot of fun... I am usually in tears at least once a day from laughing so hard with my coworkers. I look forward to coming into work every day, which is a feeling I haven't had before this company. Truly a servant-leadership feeling here which is great -- I believe in our leadership and the vision, and am excited to be a part of it. Another thing I noticed is that this company always puts patients first. It feels great to be doing the right thing for our patients on a day-to-day basis.
Cons
Growing so fast it can be hard to keep up. Still somewhat "new" and needs to have some more structure put in place.
