Healthy growth culture Extremely welcoming people Brilliant team of developers and engineers Best manager I had in my career, Duncan is sharp, reasonable, never micro manages, gets his hands dirt when needed -- also a great dev.

Cons

On-boarding might get a little dull or too long depending on your eagerness to do the actual work, it is thorough though. Some of the internal tooling needs more refinement to work OOTB.

They are trimming the fat so often you never know when you’ll be next. They are not going to have anything left. Getting rid of very talented people and restructuring annually with no plan at all. Are they going under, selling, or looking to be a small company again? Idk but something I not right
