Pros

I absolutely loved working at Teamwork as a foreign national. The people there are absolutely amazing and a joy to work with! If you want to have a feel of the warm Irish culture in your day-to-day, Teamwork is the place to go. I loved the fact that work was 100% remote as well. 30 days of PTO didn't hurt either.

Cons

It is said that your work experience is heavily impacted by the kind of manager you have. I had a very positive work experience largely because of my manager Peter Guthrie. I got to work on a lot of interesting projects, and it was a joy to login for work every day.

They are trimming the fat so often you never know when you’ll be next. They are not going to have anything left. Getting rid of very talented people and restructuring annually with no plan at all. Are they going under, selling, or looking to be a small company again? Idk but something I not right
