Pros

There isn't anything at all I could put, I put N/A, but wasn't acceptable with Glassdoor. Management isn't trustworthy as well, as the staff.

Cons

First, my recruiter lied to me when hiring me for a client I previously worked for. When you work with recruiters, you need to trust them, and that is something they completely lack. Never called during the entire contract period of time, and never lined anything up for me when they knew the contract ended. The client I worked for, not TechNeeds, was amazing and took me under their wing. Made amazing business relationships(which also complained about the company I worked for also, still to this day) When I had my frustrations about being lied to, and wanting to learn more, I went through the chain, and even the top of the chain was unreliable and unprofessional. I was taken into a conference room, and told I needed to leave, when asked why, it was not for discussion. I believe you should do your homework before accepting a job with the devil.

Pros

The rep is extremely helpful and moved very fast on my job application. The new on boarding process is very speedy and efficient.

Cons

No compliant at all. I am very pleased.

Pros

Pay rate could be better considering what has to be endured.

Cons

Horrible Environment, work should be a professional setting and not full of congregation groups whom actually hate people from the U.S. Always feels likes nightclub Team Leads are a part of the congregating groups when they should not be considered as team leaders (always special treatment for people they know) (Favoring) No one is screened properly to work on this job (not even close to what normal people of companies are used to in comparison) People are able to make a profit to bring a friend or family member to company.(Easy Hire) Never Separate making the job loud, noisy, sometimes even rude. Not enough places at the point of time to keep hiring until certain places are complete on job site.
