Gender - Biased No preference to girls They hire only boys If there is no project they remove girls No proper salary increment No proper company building Location is too bad Very cheap maintainance Fake people Only speaks great words but we cannot see any greatness as they told

I am associated with TechProjects from last 3 year and from the day I joined till today everything has been handled very professionally. Employee friendly company and very good work life balance. CEO Mr. Ram is very committed to his values, always stand on his commitment and most importantly very good human being, always ready to help in whatever ways possible within his capacity. HR & Immigration team is awesome and always take care everything perfectly and on time.

Cons

Nothin that I see just like any consulting company they also has sometime their limitations in this tough market condition but we will have patience, they take care of their employee's interest.
