Pros
Stable employer, always pays on time. Great people in the trenches and some genuine opportunities to innovate and create. Some departments when isolated from interaction with upper management can just focus on work and that's the best case scenario.
Cons
The CEO is a majority shareholder and owner which makes him the oracle of knowledge and the judge of all things (only because his ego can't handle disagreement in any other form than manipulative flattery). Despite conquering global markets and generating millions in revenue, he still thinks like a small village baron that he is. Is it fair to focus so much on one person? Sadly yes as Techland's problems begin and end with the CEO. He's responsible for low salaries, no bonus structure outside of his clique of yes-men, firing for raising valid concerns, firing for questioning disastrous decisions.. As soon as he's relegated to business-only decision loop, Techland will flourish.
