Please reconsider - Anonymous employee Technical Resources International Employee Review

I had many former employees of TRI warn me not to take a job here, but I figured how bad could it be? Well, pretty bad! Upper management is the worst. They have no clue about their own processes. When trying to get clarification regarding a project from my manager, she consistently answered with an, "I don't know?" I have never dealt with such incompetence. Also, there is constant turnover at this company. The majority of employees are new hires and seasoned workers leave by the week. Take heed!
