Every horrific aspect about this company has been said in all the previous reviews. It's all true. Employees are overworked and under appreciated, especially the smart ones who have a strong work ethic. You'll only go far if you are incompetent and are extremely friendly with upper management. The managers and employees who have been here for >5 years are either related to the President or are lifelong friends with the executives. You know the work environment and management are unbearable when multiple employees send their immediate resignation via email.
