Pros
The people I work with is at the top of the list of Pros. From Admin's responsiveness and willingness to bend over backwards to get things done to thr Service Tech's excellent customer service and truly helping the customer on every call for now and potential future issues. Our customers praise the superior service they receive from the technicians.
I enjoy the camaraderie and upbeat culture. It's great working with people focused on doing their part to contribute to the bigger picture and willingness to help each other. There is collaboration and a tight knit atmosphere. Some of the best working relationships I have ever had. Good people working good together. Just the right mix of autonomy and mentoring.
We offer the best brands in the industry when it comes to our MFP's, along with the other services we provide -document solutions, VOIP Phone systems, Software solutions, Digital White Boards, Wide Format, etc., basically, everything a company needs in Today's office environment. It is nice to be able help companies and create customized solutions in so many different, but related, areas. Lots of opportunities to find, and lots of opportunity to make money when you do.
Good work is noticed and praised. The Comp Plan, salary and bonuses, and the promotions also reward that good work. Quarterly trips are awesome. The company events are top notch. 401k with match is very nice! And there is the ping pong tournaments and the peanut M&M's in the break room.
Great place to start a sales career. There is a lot to learn, but the managers, my team and my co-workers were there to help every step of the way. Lots of training and support is available. My manager stayed late to help me whenever I needed it. The managers really do support you to become successful. In sales, you can't expect to just show up and make money, but when you find a place that has uncapped earning potential and provides the tools to be successful, you take that challenge and make it happen. I enjoy knowing that I can get out what I put in. Thank you for this opportunity.

Cons
Technifax is a great company and no company is perfect, but when something arises or improvements can be made, action is taken and you know your opinion counts when you see the results being carried out. At the top of my Cons list, as in most sales organizations, is the people who come and go, that didn't put in the effort or work it takes to be successful and just expected to just show up and make lots of money, and then, blame others for their short comings or lack of results when they clearly see other people working, helping and having success. Sales is one of the most rewarding, satisfying, difficult, fun careers you can choose and provides a great lifestyle!
