Pros

Coworkers. The service team, admin team, and sales reps are very nice and hard workers. If it's anything keeping this company afloat, it's their ability to choose good workers.

Cons

Worked here for a year and wanted to get out on month one. They market about being a "family oriented" company but that is far from the truth. The President even said the first time I met him, "How are we family oriented? I am one person that owns this company. Not a family." First of all, the President is disrespectful to employees. He yells, demands, and threatens as if you aren't a human being. People say he's "gotten better" than how he was before, but he's still pretty cruel sometimes. Sales managers cower under him and follow his old-fashioned managing strategies. Second, If you don't already know how it feels to fear for your job everyday, you will if you work here. Working hard isn't enough. Third, What you read about the fake Glassdoor reviews is true. They asked me over and over again to post a good Glassdoor review, and I did.

Negative Executive Team

Pros

I always enjoyed the my coworkers, team outings, higher than average salary / comp plan, and generous reward system for over achieving.

Cons

There is a very negative culture at this organization surrounding the executive team (CEO in particular) and the way they treat their employees. While middle management may do their best to encourage positive outlook, there is very high turnover in the sales staff and sales management.

Silly and not a great experience

Pros

Free bananas, .35 sodas, nice chair, convenient office location, very good sales managers, solid coworkers that were good business partners

Cons

Archaic CRM, ridiculous administrative assistants, owner is completely unrealistic and a total lunatic, very very high turnover, poor recruiting, antiquated businesses model, and a general go in circles with no progressive data or effort. Honestly, probably the worst job I've ever had. Disorganization is the accepted outcome with no willingness to improve. Clients are advised to find someone else so they don't suffer the same fate

We do our best to employ and develop people who support the team's practices and philosophies and enjoy contributing positively to them. We recognize our company is not a perfect fit for everyone, so former employees sincerely interested in improvement are welcome to share real-world comments directly with the company. Where there is sensible criticism, it is met with genuine reform. Current employees are always encouraged to speak with their supervisor (or any manager) whenever they have a problem or concern. Meanwhile we will continue all efforts to create rewarding employment experiences for those who want to work in an environment where personal successes are met by building each other up.
