Pros
Great team to collaborate and challenge yourself to grow as a profressional. Because TA has an open office environment, you get to know everyone in the company well which makes it easier to communicate and get projects done (which can sometimes be challenging in larger companies, based on previous experiences). Awesome perks - free lunch, quarterly team outings, contests, goal-hitting incentives I've worked for three companies in my career so far, the other two being large corporations - I've never felt more appreciated and challenged than I do at TA. Every day is different and it never gets boring here. Everyone(literally) is always eager to help with whatever you need.
Cons
Younger company than most with less experience - can be positive and negative depending on how you look at it. Gives you lots of opportunity to grow and be a leader, but might take longer since there is less experience to guide you. Some team members don't know how to separate work from personal life which is needed to have a balanced lifestyle -- can be challenging sometimes but not a constant thing.
