Pros

The work is very easy. You work in a Home Depot doing easy tasks and helping customers. The job is only as difficult as you make it. You can do a lot to show off to management.

Cons

The tasks feel more like busy chores to make sure they can say you have something to do. As said, the job is as easy or hard as you make it. You can put in more work and still get paid the same as someone who does the bare minimum.

good resume builder and gives you a lot of responsibility

Cons

managers don't care much and it is no environment for women. they make everyone start in the same position, but weed out women due to the workplace they are put in. home depot stores where they "can't do anything because it's customers saying inappropriate comments"
