Pros

- Work is Technical, you own your project - You learn alot since you do everything, hardware and software. This is not your cup of tea if you like to be just a hardware person or just a software person - Great teamwork, knowledgeable and helping team. Loved the camaraderie - Flexible hours i.e. not cut-throat on being there early morning. Results oriented - Engineering environment with a Southern Homely touch - On-site Gym, golf course, and excellent restaurants in Anderson downtown - No Unnecessary training - No micro-management - Young and technical management, forward looking - Occasional Football over lunch, plus Clemson is close by - Opportunities to attend conferences, and training off site - Free great coffee and Birthday cakes! - Get to meet alot of vendors. Get exposed to their future parts, products and even training - You learn a bit of smart politics (not the dirty politics) - You get to take home TTi test tools, excellent if you love DYI projects. Also get employee discounts from tools direct ... lots of hidden perks that TTi is quite modest about Overall you feel valued and important.

Cons

Location is OK to live in. New work site is going to be better(and beautiful), closer to Greenville. If you are an international employee( i.e. not white to be specific). Live in Greenville! The suburbs are not very diversity friendly. This will impact your life and quality of work. Young managers have less experience managing(ofcourse), that said if you are old and experienced and know whats going on, this will work in your favor since you are left on your own at times.

Pros

good resume builder and gives you a lot of responsibility

Cons

managers don't care much and it is no environment for women. they make everyone start in the same position, but weed out women due to the workplace they are put in. home depot stores where they "can't do anything because it's customers saying inappropriate comments"
