Pros

First year is great, lots of perks and training. But becomes a dead end job if you are not willing to relocate.

Cons

Must be willing to relocate to be promote or be giving any kind of career advancement. Not appreciated and you’d be lucky to have a manager that isn’t under 22 and completely clueless on how to manage or motivate others.

good resume builder and gives you a lot of responsibility

Cons

managers don't care much and it is no environment for women. they make everyone start in the same position, but weed out women due to the workplace they are put in. home depot stores where they "can't do anything because it's customers saying inappropriate comments"
