Working here was one of the worst experiences of my life. During the interview process they made no reference to working in a Home Depot alone for 40 hours per week. They do not promote based on skills or based on how successful your store is performing, they promote based on looks and if you fit their style. Management never shows up and physically see is what you do and how you perform, they grade you based on the one time they stop in a year to walk your store. The district managers are unreliable and biased towards their representatives and do not show you nearly the appreciation you deserve working in a Home Depot with a bachelors degree. I recommend anyone out of college not to get sucked into this opportunity of lies and black hole of a career
