Great team to work with, everyone gets along well. Support from line managers are paramount, TTI had no exceptions, all questions were answered support was given when needed. 100% recommend working for this company

Cons

Need a bigger focus on career paths for those who want to move up in the business. Not a downfall, more feedback than anything else. Like all other businesses, you will be noticed if you work hard enough.

good resume builder and gives you a lot of responsibility

Cons

managers don't care much and it is no environment for women. they make everyone start in the same position, but weed out women due to the workplace they are put in. home depot stores where they "can't do anything because it's customers saying inappropriate comments"
