Pros

Great learning experience. Amazing choice for a first job out of college. Sales training. Marketing training and management training. If you are willing to put in the effort, you will probably be promoted.

Cons

Your first year will be based out of one or more home depots. It feels as though you are a home depot rep. The entry level position is essentially an over paid retail employee.

good resume builder and gives you a lot of responsibility

Cons

managers don't care much and it is no environment for women. they make everyone start in the same position, but weed out women due to the workplace they are put in. home depot stores where they "can't do anything because it's customers saying inappropriate comments"
