Pros
Benefits are good with health insurance starting the day you start work. Pay is reasonable but not after all the hours you put in.
Cons
Major micromanagement with no room for advancement without retaliation from superiors. Toxic work environment with negativity and no positive feedback. Expected to work long hours including weekends and holidays with no bonus pay. No communication between departments to make for a better work process and environment. Communication is literally frowned upon. The list is long but most importantly the stress level is very high due to the pressure put on you by your superiors to perform.
