Pros
Good Benefits, good pay and company truck.
Cons
No Real Marketing - A lot of your time is spent stocking products and doing resets with little actually marketing opportunities. Bad Management - Management is dysfunctional and does not know how to prioritize employee development. Little on the job training - Employee training is just a bunch of product knowledge videos, and managers tend to spend the majority of their time on the phone when working with you. Poor values - At the beginning of Covid-19 I was living on my own and got the virus from working on the stores. I was sick for a couple weeks, and when I returned to work upper management lied to employees saying no one has gotten the virus from working in the stores. They still say that the only employees who have gotten it got it from family. This is completely untrue and shows a lack of honesty from senior management. These kind of instances made me question the integrity of this company and I could no longer work for a company with such poor values.
