TTI makes strong business decisions on the top, and the Product Manager positions can drive strong movement and results. The Finance organization however is held back by poor data, worse processes, and even worse culture. Your position will mostly look like accounting style work, the hours will be long, and the impact to the business may not be discernable. More than that, there is no discernable path for career growth and development, and leadership micromanages the business and people. I would avoid this company until it steps up on culture, and realizes that it's people deserve investment, not just it's business.
