Pros
- Free gas and a truck (truck is a pain in the rear to drive in any big city, also its ugly and full of stuff you need to bring to stores every day) - The 50k is good pay for what you do, but most college grads are capable of doing much more
Cons
Oh where to begin... - You are in Walmarts every day, little human interaction - You are praised or yelled at for things out of your control, your ability to get promoted is 90% what stores you get - Most Walmarts in the midwest where I worked hate HART and want us out of their stores - YOUR Daily drive time will range from 2.5hours - 4hours. -There is no chance that you won't have to relocate after first role - Also they say you can go down any path way you want, but you basically have to become a territory manager first to be considered for any other role
