Pros
None at all. Avoid at all costs.
Cons
This company is a cult. Employees all have the same LinkedIn Bio and all spew the same speech when it comes to recruiting. Nothing about this job is glamorous or even desirable. You don’t even get paid from TTI- it’s a whole other company. This job is hourly and not salaried. The first day they preached- do not clock in until this time and clock out exactly at this time-even if you get to your store before clock in time and work after hours, you will literally work for free in a Home Depot. This is a glorified Home Depot associate job. Recruiters lie about the job description and make it sound like a glamorous, straight out of undergrad job. Do not fall into this trap. The company car is ugly and full of stuff you’re expected to bring to the store everyday. They don’t even train you how to set up your sales table. If you like downstocking displays and cleaning aisles, then this is the job for you. Literally such a joke of a company. When I quit I was told “good luck finding a better job” so take with that what you will.
