Pros

There are none. If you want to be over worked, commute over an one and a half hours for a store that hates you and could care less about you and not get compensated for any of that time.

Cons

If you like your apartment being used as a warehouse and drowning in cardboard come sign up. They will promise the world and do little to nothing to help you move within the company. Haven't seen my manager in months. The Home Depot HATES TTI and would rather us not come into the store than do our job.

good resume builder and gives you a lot of responsibility

Cons

managers don't care much and it is no environment for women. they make everyone start in the same position, but weed out women due to the workplace they are put in. home depot stores where they "can't do anything because it's customers saying inappropriate comments"
