New company vehicle and gas card. Great job right out of college. Depending on your manager you could have a lot of freedom...but not guaranteed.
Cons
Listen up...if you want to climb the corporate ladder you absolutely can. But expect the following; you will make significantly less than industry standard, be expected to work weekends, ingenuine leadership for the most part, and very unclear goals overall. Bosses will come and go so quick, objectives consistently change. TTI promotes people far too early. Having a 24 year old manage accounts and multiple people is a recipe for disaster and that is exactly what I experienced and watched happen. If you want to talk to anyone other than your direct boss, you're dreaming. TTI leadership does not allow you to explore other opportunities within the company without your managers approval. You are solely relying on ONE persons opinion on you for any sort of career exploration or movement. It is the worst most intimidating structure I have ever seen. Next- this place has a very strong cult-like following. You will meet people who drink the Kool-Aid so hard you think they were born with TTI in there DNA. There are some really great people that just get it, but they are hard to find. They give you very very little resources to be successful. No commission structure, minimal if any bonus opportunity, and overall no incentive to do better. There's a lot of cons here. TTI is unlike any other corporation I have ever seen. I wish I had left sooner but I rationalized some circumstances in my head.
