Don't look at the five star reviews for one second, they are all written by employees who are forced to write them by senior management to make the company look better. You can tell how fake they are. You will learn nothing in this job other than standing at a Walmart for 8 hours a day doing nothing, working on weekends, no career growth, immature and inexperienced managers. They lie to you during interviews and say it's "Marketing". It's not. You are basically a disrespected Walmart employee who no one cares about. This whole company and job position is a scam.
