Pros
They have very high standards and pride themselves on their high hours of no loss-time incidents. They are good about recreation, they give their employees $1500/year for recreation spending. Bonuses were quite hefty. If it is a year that they are going to do a shutdown, it is at christmas time!
Cons
Long, early commutes up to the mine, but that has to be expected working for a coal mine. Dirty as hell, but obviously, again this is a coal mine.
