      Pros

      - Pays well - If you like taking long uninterrupted vacations, the opportunities exists - if you make it to management, you can become entrenched.

      Cons

      - There is a lot of talk about safety first, but the actions don't always back up that talk - entrenched bureaucracy and incompetent management - Most employees are disengaged and if they are enthusiastic, the environment beats it out of them - work/life balanced ultimately sucked. 60% of my life is spent at a remote location away from friends and family? Take me out back and put me out of my misery.

      Pros

      They have an authentic culture of safety. The staff are very friendly, and it has been an enjoyable place to work. The operation I work at is shutting down, but this period leading up to the closure has been a very positive, humane experience.

      Cons

      The word is that innovation is encouraged, but action may be hit and miss.
