Pros

Tekmetric is one of the fastest growing SaaS companies I've been a part of. Constantly evolving, constantly solving for product-market fit, and constantly listening to customer feedback. It's the kind of place you want to join if you're a problem solver.

Cons

The company is in its "teenage" years. A lot of changes. Some make sense, some do not. Its expected with the lifecycle stage currently being experienced.

This company really takes care of their people. Has an incredible work life balance and I really believe in the product

Cons

There are still some growing pains as with all new companies. Some department SOPs still in flux or being written as we go, and there are way too many platforms that don’t communicate (Dialpad, gong, salesforce, Zendesk, etc) they need to consolidate the tech stack. Minor complaints tho - the company is amazing and promotes internal growth
