Pros
The culture isn’t completely toxic There are some nice people
Cons
They care more about customers than employees to a large extent. They did not care if a customer treated an employee terribly, as long as ultimately the customer got their way. There was such lack of clarity on everything, getting any information on anything I needed for a customer was a shitshow of just hoping someone else would know. Ultimately, management was not supportive. Fostered an environment on the team where people threw each other under the bus rather than supporting each other. Ultimately felt treated terribly on the onboarding team, and would not recommend for anyone to join based on my experience at this company and how I feel I was treated. You can easily make more money doing something similar somewhere else. Particularly if you are remote, I was completely isolated from my team who was all hired in person after me which put me in a disadvantaged, uncomfortable position. The company could be worse, but it could be a lot better, so I’d say go find a similar role at a company that will treat you more as a person and will pay you more.
