We do strive to have a safe and high-quality working environment with top-notch technology, clean studios, and great perks like laundered scrubs, so thank you for pointing those pros out. We offer a very competitive total rewards program to all full-time and part-time team members. We started offering part-time healthcare & financial benefits in May 2023, plus we have always offered paid sick time off and 401k employer match to our part-time team members. Parking paid by Tend is a benefit in certain markets given our locations and commuting demographics. We appreciate your feedback on equipment, and we do strive to have safe & effective equipment at all times for our teams. We empower our studio leadership - Studio Managers and Lead Dental Assistants, Hygienists, and Dentists to order & inventory for their studios. Member experience is a high priority metric, and so is our team member engagement & satisfaction, high-quality clinical care, and team member development.
