Pros
Really nice people from the top down that strive to connect even though we're spread around the globe. Everyone seems to always want to help each other out. The technology continues to grow and it's clearly working as we continue to win against much bigger names in the tech space. We're an unknown brand in NAM but when the product is deeply investigated against the competition, it's clear we have something better. And we keep 100% of the focus on our conversational AI platform, which I'm glad to see. It's easy to try and do new things and lose focus on what you do well but we haven't done that. Work-life balance is the best I've ever had. Sure, you occasionally need to put in the hours but everyone respects your time off and allows you to do what you need to do outside of work. Flexible WFH options as well.
Cons
I've been hoping to spend time at our main office in Barcelona or travel to our HQ in Stockholm but I haven't had the opportunity yet. No 401k matching, just recently had a 401k benefit added. There doesn't seem to be an opportunity to be promoted upwards mostly because my team is so small, but it's not all that important in my role.
