The greatest residents. You have all supplies, linens, etc. that you need to do your job. All needs are met due to different teams, ex: shower team, hydration team, restorative, vitals, weights, etc

Pros

Being able to enhance the lives of some of our nation's greatest heroes is a job that I am proud to have. Working alongside some of the best colleagues completes the best type of work family.

Cons

The only con is not being about to do more for our residents.
