Used to be family oriented and able to rely on administration for encouragement, assistance, and team work

Cons

Pay is below par, staff suffering from low staffing and low census, Admin do not treat staff with respect or any appreciation. Meals come out cold and at times under cooked. Residents are unhappy along with floor workers.

Being able to enhance the lives of some of our nation's greatest heroes is a job that I am proud to have. Working alongside some of the best colleagues completes the best type of work family.

Cons

The only con is not being about to do more for our residents.
