Pros
Working for Tensley was just the change I needed in my life. At Tensley, supervisors don't micromanage; they trust you to achieve your goals and enable you to achieve even more. My change in quality of life has been enormous. Flexible work hours mean I can adjust my time to accommodate appointments or work from home when situations arise. I am paid appropriately and the value of the benefits is huge. Not only do I get 33 days off a year, but also substantial reimbursements for home phone, internet, and PAID HEALTHCARE. For someone with a chronic illness, the latter is huge. Plus, the company contributes $1,000 a year into my HSA to even further help pay for medical expenses. I love being at Tensley. The benefits and the culture are the best I've ever experienced.
