Chaotic environment - Anonymous employee Tensley Consulting Employee Review

The majority of the company is great.. unfortunately when the issues come from the very top, it negates any pros. The company should install swinging doors for how many people pass through each year. Unprofessional “leadership”… all overhead jobs have been threatened during different meetings.. but then the CEO will take you to lunch in hopes that will make things better. The problem is that those issues are never addressed or managed and honestly, most start with him. It’s hard to find an employee there that feels appreciated.. on the contrary, many are doing the job of 3 people and getting paid at the industry minimum.
