      Couldn't find one, except love working at Beale, AFB

      Cons

      I knew of this group from way back into the late 1990's. They have successfully been able to keep a foothold at Beale. Congrats, but can't find a redeeming quality.

      Pros

      Great mission and purpose! Really cool projects and they believe in work life balance! Also they give you a lot of room to grow and provide certifications and tuition reimbursement. Allowed me to take lead on new projects and I gained so much knowledge and new skills!

      Cons

      The management can lack organization and communication. I sometimes have to send multiple follow ups to higher up managers to get responses. They tend to make a lot of organization changes since they are a small company but the changes are meant to help and will over time.
