I was generally bored with my assignments and found them to be dry and repetitive. From my perspective the company seemed to have a silo mentality where there was not a lot of transparency (or at least publicity) about what went on in other departments. I frequently ran out of work to do which was frustrating because I genuinely prefer staying busy.
