Pros
As a big organization the benefits were very good. Health,dental,life, 401k all were at the good level of service and value. As a big organization there are many levels of management, highly defined job responsibilities and chances for promotion
Cons
As a big organization there are many levels of management and fixed role responsibilities. For me this was a recipe for stagnation and not growth. I could not explore new areas to work or contribute to teams under different management tiers without many,many approvals
