They area well run corporation. Within our business unit, they were very process oriented. Great place to learn and grow in my career.
Cons
Management change led to a toxic work environment. OK, I get that the new Division Head wanted to change the direction but there are more constructive/less destructive change philosophies. It felt like the incoming BU head read a book or something...
