Pros

Hello All, It is my honorable duty to inform all inquiring persons that are looking at Terrestris for their next employment opportunity to know, that they will be respected, treated fairly, will have great communication and much more! Terrestris reached out to me post 14 years in the military and desperately looking for a job, and said they have many different opportunities but had a specific option for me that worked prefect to get back into the civilian workforce. Just like that, they were on top of getting clearances re-issued, and moving forward with all the hurdles government employees have to do. Terrestris always had constant great communication with everything from payroll, vacation time, and sick/emergency time. They took us out to a great dinner, gave some amazing "swag" or company gear and really made you feel like part of the close knit, hard working, devoted team they all are. It was an amazing experience, and I can't thank Terrestris enough for getting me started again in the workforce and handling it with such professionalism. What else would you expect from a company co-owned and started by a former Marine!?! I had to leave due to personal reasons, otherwise, I would 100% still be working with Terrestris, and of course they were so very understanding and appreciative of my work. Just such a great company! Best of luck to all!

Cons

None. Just anticipating them to continue to grow and have more opportunities for more qualified and stellar performers!
