Leadership promotes values like “honor, courage, and commitment,” but what I observed didn’t reflect those ideals. The company takes a large cut from employee contracts, sometimes leaving workers with very low pay after taxes. Salary transparency is minimal, and there is no real room for negotiation. I also witnessed questionable financial practices where leadership appeared more interested in personal gain than in supporting their employees. The culture feels disingenuous. Management often presents themselves as friendly, but decisions around compensation and contract handling don’t back that up. There are also frequent concerns about high turnover, with employees leaving or being let go under unclear circumstances.
