The internal communication may have problems, including with some management members. Some management members either have no knowledge of the basic principles of management or choose to bypass them. They may not even reply to your messages, or reply to them several days later, which is too late. Some statements or conclusions from some management members seem very unconvincing. They are not drawn from solid evidence and logical thinking.
