      Pros

      They seem to have a lot of money to throw around, and they are willing to give you ample time off when you want it.

      Cons

      Incredibly disorganized, zero training whatsoever, no SOPs, terrible (non-existant) safety culture, everyone seems stressed out and no one likes their job
