Pros
Lower management was good and supportive. Great coworkers and professional work environment.
Cons
Everyone did things differently- There is an SOP however everyone tells you to do different things. You're damned if you do, damned if you don't Favoritism runs rampant. Making friends with the right people will benefit job security and professional development. Furthermore, upper management feuds affect the job security of employees. When my project merged with another, the Project Manager showed significant bias due to disagreements with previous PM. Many who moved over lost their job. Very little warning- The project ended very suddenly, and very few people working that project were able to remain employed. 10 days notice is not enough. Little to no growth opportunities Poor job security.
