Pros
The people are amazing and you have freedom to pick and choose the type of work you want to do.
Cons
Tetra Tech is an umbrella name, much like Johnson and Johnson. There are many different divisions within Tt and even more operating units associated with each division. The company is globally traded, and if you aren't familiar with what that means for you as an employee, do some research and ask questions. The "flat structure" may leave younger staff feeling like they aren't growing in their career (because there isn't a standard ladder structure so growth isn't always visible) and the "entrepreneurial spirit" is interpreted by this author as you must find time to train yourself because the company does not provide on-the-clock training.
